David Danzinger General Manager David Danzinger has a degree from U-W Rivervalls. For the past 30 years he was the manager of DS Farms. This is a dairy farm which grew from 60 cows to 500 cows and now is being managed by his sons. | Penny Danzinger Tasting Room Manager and Events When the vineyard was started Penny's interest in wine began to grow. She began trying different white wines then moved to Reds. She became curious as to how wine was made, so when the family decided to build a winery she decided to learn more about wine and its history. She took a wine course online through DMACC in Iowa to learn how to appreciate wine. She learned the proper way to taste a wine and discuss the qualities of that wine. The most important part of wine is enjoying it with friends and how it can bring people together to enjoy it. | Stacey Danzinger Retail Store Manager and Events Stacey has an AAS in Business Management from Minnesota State College Southeast Technical. Stacey has experience in retail and office work.
